We offer accredited Mental Health First Aid Training for both adults and young people, alongside free, transformative, youth-led programs like Retreat Days, Empowerment Mentoring, Therapeutic Support, and in-school initiatives such as Our Voice and Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Mental Health First Aid Training
Fully accredited courses servicing the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Brisbane to equip individuals with the skills to recognise and respond to mental health challenges.
Empowerment Mentoring
Led by young mentors with lived experience and trained in mental health first aid, we offer free weekly support and connection for Years 7-12.
Youth Retreat Days
Set in a stunning natural environment, these free, one-day retreats provide a low-pressure introduction to mental health support for young people aged 12-18 through modalities like yoga, mindfulness, kinesiology and art therapy.
