Megan Stray of Heal.ed Tribe

Hey there, I´m Megan

I’m the founder of Heal.ed Tribe and Sumone.

With qualifications in teaching, psychology and 18+ years experience as a practising kinesiologist, I’ve worn many hats over the years.  One thing has remained constant: my passion for supporting young people. Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges our youth face, particularly when it comes to mental health. It broke my heart to see so many struggling without the support they desperately needed.

That’s why I created Heal.ed Tribe. I envisioned a place where young people could feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. We’re building a community that truly gets what our youth are going through and offers them the support they deserve. It’s not just about addressing mental health concerns; it’s about fostering a brighter future for an entire generation. I’m so grateful you’re here, joining our tribe. Together, we can make a real difference in young lives.

Heal.ed Tribe is a community, a voice and a home.

Where love is endless, health is nurtured and hope is grown.
