COULD YOU BE THE LIFELINE SOMEBODY NEEDS?

We’ve all been there. That moment when someone in your life seems… off.

Maybe it’s your teenage son who’s suddenly withdrawn, your colleague who’s lost their spark, or your elderly neighbour who seems overwhelmed.

Your gut says something’s wrong, but you’re stuck. You might ask yourself these questions:

  • What am I supposed to say?
  • What if I make things worse by saying the wrong thing?
  • I don’t want to be responsible for diagnosing mental health conditions
  • I’m not a professional so I’m not sure how I can be of help
  • Talking about mental health might plant ideas in people’s heads

Remember, every mental health champion started exactly where you are now – wanting to help but not sure how.

Heal.ed Tribe’s Mental Health First Aid Courses are your first step.
